   Zorgvliet Wine & Spa near Stellenbosch Cape Town South Africa Zorgvliet Wine Estate lies in the beautiful Banhoek Valley on the outskirts of Stellenbosch near to Cape Town South Africa. This working wine farm enjoys spectacular 360 degree views of the mountains and rolling vineyards. Zorgvliet is a stunning venue to marry at, having its own chapel. Recently featured on South African prime television’s Top Billing, the estate offers 5 star accommodation and the wonderful Herenhuis Restaurant. Guests can enjoy the contemporary Cape Dutch architecture with the backdrop of the Simonsberg mountains for good measure. The staff are really helpful and fun and provide golf buggies to get to your accommodation at the end of your evening! Erecting Marque Tents at the Zorgvliet Picnic Area will be for the guests own account A Coordinator or the Duty Manager will be present during your function as well as waiters and a barman for a period of six (6) hours, but not beyond 24h00. Bar We are a fully licensed establishment. Beverages are charged at the current rates at the time of your wedding. You may select your own wine list from our Zorgvliet or Silver Myn range of wines. Silver Myn MCC is the only sparkling wine we offer. Our computer system also allows for you to set a limit on your bar account. Regrettably we cannot allow beverages of any nature to be brought onto the premises. Accommodation Accommodation for your guests is available as per our current rates. It is advisable to book well in advance. A deposit will be required to confirm bookings and the full outstanding balance is payable upon check-in. Check in time is 14h00 or by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Décor and Flowers Draping and Flowers for the function are not included in the venue hire. We can highly recommend our preferred décor suppliers and would provide you with their contact details. All decorations to be discussed with management to ensure no damage are done to the venue. Catering For an extensive menu selection, feel free to ask your coordinator and should you wish to make any changes we would be delighted to assist you. Halaal catering can be arranged by the Hotel but for no more than 10% of your total number of guests. Please note that there is a R60.00 surcharge per person on Halaal Meals. A 12% service fee will be charged on all food & beverages. Entertainment Is subject to the approval of the Management. Zorgvliet Management will control the volume at all times. All entertainment ends at 24h00 due to very strict noise regulations in the Banhoek Valley. Volume of music, etc. will be subject to Managements’ discretion. Wedding Venues The Oak Room provides the ideal setting for a dream wedding. The venue can accommodate between 80 and 140 guests depending on the type of layout chosen.
