Day 1
Arrive at the airport, your private transfer to Mont Rochelle awaits you
Enjoy a welcome drink in the bar on arrival at the hotel or breakfast till 11h00
Early check into suite, subject to availability

Bottle of Mont Rochelle Cabernet Sauvignon with personalised label in suite on arrival

Day 2
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in your room including a glass of Graham Beck Brut each
Late Morning: Meeting with the wedding co-ordinator, viewing of the venues and choice of ceremony venue selected (Rose garden, Bell tower, Oak tree or Vineyard Rooftop)
Meeting with the minister
Picnic lunch in the winery garden or by the dam (weather depending)
A 45 minute full body couples massage in our wellness centre arranged for late afternoon

Day 3 – Wedding day
Leisurely breakfast in your room or in Mange Tout restaurant
Hair and make-up artist will do the bride’s hair and make up in the privacy of the room
Seasonal bouquet of flowers for bride and button hole for groom, as well as flowers for dinner table
Bride and groom will be driven to the venue of choice for ceremony
Enjoy a bottle of Graham Beck Brut and pre-dinner canapés under the Oak tree
A la carte dinner served in the multi-award winning Mange Tout restaurant
Belgium chocolate wedding cake will be prepared for up to 8 persons and served as dessert

Day 4
Leisurely breakfast followed by a return transfer to the airport.

Regulations: 

• At least 3 weeks prior to the wedding the marriage officer needs copies of the following:
• Copies of passports SA ID's if any of the parties has ever been issued with an ID number here.
• Copies of passports or SA ID's of the two signing witnesses to the marriage
• Death certificate of previous spouse – if applicable
• Divorce certificate – if applicable
• Before the wedding the marriage officer needs to see the originals of these documents 
• After wedding all documents plus wedding register is taken to Home office by the marriage officer, who applies for an unabridged marriage certificate on behalf of the couple.  This is required where proof of marriage is needed outside South Africa
• Countries in Europe usually require the unabridged marriage certificate to be certified with an Apostil.

At Mont Rochelle we think that weddings are individual affairs.  We do not have standard proposals or menus but will design each couple’s dream wedding according to their specifications. 

The only perimeters below are due to the size of our venues:

• Marquee                 200 persons – Price on Application
