Weekends are the most popular times for couples to marry and prices often reflect this demand Constantia Uitsig Weddings & Functions We have 4 venues from which you can choose, namely La Colombe, Constantia Uitsig Restaurant, The River Café and The Vineyard Terrace. Each venue offers its own unique style and atmosphere. Constantia Uitsig Restaurant: Set against a backdrop of the Constantiaberg Mountains and offering majestic views of the Constantia Valley, Constantia Uitsig Restaurant offers tantalising Mediterranean/Italian 3 course menus from R350 per person. The restaurant can accommodated 80 guests in the main dining room; while a further 40 guests can be accommodated in the adjacent dining rooms. During summer and weekends, a minimum charge of 80 set menus are applicable. Two private rooms which cater for a maximum of 18 guests are available and can be reserved at Constantia Uitsig Restaurant. La Colombe: La Colombe was voted Restaurant of the Year and Luke Dale Roberts, Chef of the Year in the Eat Out Awards 2008 and offers a mouth watering 3 course French menu with an Asian hint from R360 per person. During summer they are able to accommodate up to 100 people in a beautiful courtyard and for exclusive use of the restaurant, a minimum charge of 70 set menus are applicable. The River Café: The River Café offers a more casual alternative to the above options, with a splendid view of the Constantiaberg Mountains. This venue is able to accommodate a maximum of 80 people outside and a minimum of 45 inside. This venue offers dancing and a dance floor can be arranged by prior arrangement. Vineyard Terrace: For a marquee style wedding, the Vineyard Terrace is available at a cost of R19 000 for the venue for the day, which includes the marquee set up and the break down. We provide the grassed area and electricity only. Spa: The tranquil sound of running water...
