The Camps Bay Beach Wedding Package provides a beautiful wedding at one of the top beaches in the world combined with a reception at the 5 star Bay Hotel. Close to the ‘Mother City’ as Cape Town is fondly known, Camps Bay lined with Palm trees enjoys a back drop of the stunning 12 Apostles Mountain range. Spectacular sunsets and white silvery sand making this a most stunning of locations. On completion of your wedding ceremony and photographs you will enjoy pre-dinner/lunch drinks on the balcony of one of the Bay Hotel before enjoying your reception dinner at one of venues within the hotel The Bay Hotel Venues The Rotunda, The Conference Room, The Boardroom, Tides Restaurant, Sandy B Cocktail Bar Catering & Beverages For an extensive menu selection, feel free to ask your coordinator and should you wish to make any changes, we would be delighted to assist you. Our Buffet meals are served for between 40 – 200 guests only. Set Menus are served for up to 350 guests. Should you wish to bring in Halaal or Kosher caterers for your function, an additional fee will be charged. Camps Bay Events is a fully licensed establishment and all beverages are charged at the current rates at the time of your wedding. Your wedding bar will close no later than 02h00 am. Should you wish to provide a Wine or Sparkling wine which does not appear on our beverage list, a corkage fee of R30.00 will be applicable? Regretfully no other beverages may be brought on to the premises. A 12% service fee will be charged on all Food & Beverages. Included in venue hire Waiters, standard white table linen and black / white chair covers. A basic setting of cutlery, crockery, glasses. Tables and chairs, portable stage pieces, an easel, lectern, roving / lapel microphone and cake table. The Wedding Night When you book a wedding function for more than 90 guests or more, we offer you your wedding night’s accommodation complimentary, with a romantic turndown consisting of a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and rose petals, and a full English breakfast the following morning in Tides Restaurant or in the comfort of your room. Parking Feel free to make use of the public parking area at the Rotunda entrance. Please note that the parking at the front of The Bay Hotel is reserved for overnight residents only. Secure parking can be found at the Promenade at a fee.
